Imagine exchanging vows where naval and maritime history are etched into the very fabric of the building. A compass set in the grand floor below a high, domed ceiling is perfect for photography, while the Trafalgar Ballroom and Nelson Lounge offer space for 40 to 260 guests. From intimate gatherings to grand receptions, we seamlessly blend tradition with modern sophistication to create a day you will remember forever.


Licensed marriage venue

Licensed for civil ceremonies in the Trafalgar Ballroom and Nelson Lounge, you can choose between an intimate or grand setting.

Picking a room

Wedding receptions can be held in two of our event rooms. The larger Trafalgar Ballroom can accommodate up to 260 people and features full banqueting facilities, as well as a stage and a large dance floor.

We can also include the large adjoining Bar 1805 for those looking for quieter moments of conversation.

The smaller Nelson Lounge is perfect for more intimate family weddings, hosting up to 100 guests.

A special wedding night

Choose from one of our two bridal suites. They each have different characteristics, so you can choose in advance and decide which one will give you the most magical wedding night. We'll also invite you back for your first anniversary for a complimentary stay with us.


Your guests can also choose to stay over in the hotel with 90 ensuite rooms to choose from.


Breakfast the next day can be taken in the restaurant or in our private dining room.
