We have a choice of three function rooms to hire; the Ballroom, The Nelson Lounge and Below Decks. Each function room is different so you have three brilliant options to choose from. Hosting a Reunion in a hotel makes it easy for guests who need to travel. We have 90 bedrooms to choose from so you can make a weekend of it. We are located a short walk from Portsmouth Harbour Railway station and the Historic Dockyard.

Royal navy reunion venue
We've hosted Reunions for HMS Hermes, HMS Jupiter, HMS Hood, HMS Newcastle, HMS Hermoine, to name but a few. The ASW Association just hosted their AGM and Reunion with us in September 2023. HMS Ark Royal host frequent mini-Reunions with us. If you are looking for a Reunion, then the Association is the best place to start. You can find out more on the shipmates website.
