Terms and Conditions.

To enter you must be over 18. The competition is administered by Southern Rail. It is not open to those who work for The Royal Maritime Hotel or Southern Rail.

The winning prize will be a one night stay in a classic double subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

The winner will be contacted via email by Southern Rail no later than 21st November 2024. To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the email, and provide their postal address if requested. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, or any other period specified in our contact notice, of the notification being sent or is otherwise not available, the Prize will be forfeited by them, and the Promotor may select an alternative entrant to receive the Prize.

The Royal Maritime Hotel's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered about it. The Royal Maritime Hotel accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
